Orders & Shipping
For customers in Mainland China, or those with designated freight forwarders in Mainland China, we exclusively entrust SF Express for product delivery. For customers outside Mainland China (overseas clients), shipping arrangements will be customized based on order specifics and destination. Details are as follows:
Due to China’s stringent export regulations, our export and shipping processes vary by order type and value. Below is an overview of handling methods for different orders:
Sample Orders (Total Amount < USD 500 / Weight < 3 kg):

Shipped via international express carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) through our partnered freight forwarders.

Simplified customs declaration: Invoice value reflects actual amount (Note: The shipper on customs documents will display the freight forwarder’s name).

Important: While some clients request under-declaration to reduce tariffs, we strongly advise declaring actual values. Under-declaration risks (e.g., customs delays, seizures, or penalties) are solely borne by the client.
Formal Bulk Orders:
Two processing options are available:

Option A: Entrusted to Export Agent (Default):
Handled end-to-end by professional export agents, including:

Proforma/commercial invoice issuance

Payment collection

Export customs clearance

Logistics arrangements

Full compliance with China’s complex export regulations.

Option B: Direct Handling by Creatrol:
Managed entirely by our team, covering:

Same regulatory compliance as Option A.
Inventory & Lead Time
In-stock items typically ship within 48 hours after order placement (excluding weekends/holidays). Pre-order items will ship according to the announced Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
Tracking numbers will be shared promptly upon shipment.
Pricing & Taxes
Product prices include export duties and clearance fees, but you may still need to pay import tariffs based on your country’s policies.

Warranty Policy
Warranty Information
Thank you for your interest in Creatrol Sensor products and services.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased directly from Creatrol Sensor.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Creatrol Sensor will, at no cost (excluding round-trip shipping), repair or replace defective Products or components, provided the defect arises from faulty materials or workmanship and occurs under normal use/maintenance.
How Will We Resolve Issues?
Creatrol Sensor will:

Replace or repair Products using new or refurbished parts.
Warranty Period

3 years for Products purchased from Creatrol Sensor (varies by model), calculated from the shipment date.

Replaced Products/components inherit the remaining original warranty or a 1-year warranty from the repair/replacement date (whichever is longer).
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty excludes:

Issues not caused by material/workmanship defects.
-
Damage from negligence, misuse, or modifications.
-
Natural disasters (e.g., lightning, floods).
-
Loss/theft of Products.
-
Shipping fees, import taxes, or gift-wrapping costs.
-
Improper installation (e.g., loose terminals, incorrect cabling, polarity reversal).
-
Environmental damage (extreme temperatures, water exposure).
-
Impact damage.
-
Poor maintenance (under/overcharging, dirty terminals).
-
Tampered/altered Products.
-
Use with non-approved inverters/chargers lacking surge protection.
-
Risk of loss/damage during transit to Creatrol Sensor.
Your Responsibilities:
To claim warranty service:

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us.

Return the Product in its original packaging, including all accessories/documentation, to our designated address.

Return Policy
We accept returns of unused Products within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed after receipt.
Terms:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return label fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Processing Time: 1–2 weeks.

Condition Requirements:
Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We are not liable for damage/loss during return transit—insured and trackable shipping is recommended.
Refunds require proof of delivery.
We aim to accept all returns but may reject items in poor condition. All returns are inspected upon arrival.
