Enterprise Contact Information: Specifically refers to personal information of your company’s authorized purchasing or liaison personnel, used for order communication and after-sales service.

Order Information: Used to fulfill purchase orders (processing payments, arranging logistics, sending invoices/confirmation slips), communicate order details, and screen for fraud risks; provide product-related business information with your company’s written consent.

Enterprise Contact Information: Used solely for order communication and after-sales service. It will not be used for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the contact.

To ensure compliance, we implement cross-border transfers through signing the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs, EU 2021 version, Module 2: Controller → Processor) with data processors (e.g., UeeShop platform technical service providers). Section 5 - Behavioral Advertising

As a B2B product and service provider, our primary marketing communications are directed at our business clients, covering our products, services, and industry insights relevant to clients’ business operations.

Order Information: We will retain Order Information (including related Enterprise Contact Information) for seven (7) years from the transaction date to comply with tax, financial reporting, and potential warranty/liability obligations.

Enterprise Contact Information (non-order related): Enterprise Contact Information collected for ongoing business communications (e.g., sales inquiries, support) will be retained for the duration of the business relationship, or until the contact requests deletion (where such right is granted by applicable law), or for two (2) years after the last meaningful business interaction. After the termination of the business relationship or upon request (where applicable), we will delete or anonymize this information unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Device Information: We will retain Device Information for twelve (12) months for analytical and security purposes, unless a longer period is needed to investigate specific security incidents or fraud.

Once the relevant retention period expires, or upon receiving a valid request (e.g., the right to erasure under GDPR), we will delete or anonymize personal information.

Section 7 - Your Rights

If your company is a resident of Europe, you have the right to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold. You may exercise this right by contacting contact@creatrol.com.
